Last Spring, I decided it was finally time to design a small capsule collection. I wanted to see what it would look like to realize my own vision of sustainable, ethical, and inclusive clothing collection, with an emphasis on re-use and ingenuity while making pieces that were bright, fun, and wearable. What grew out of this little idea was not only a collection of clothing but a fabulous runway event and a coming together of folks across New England who feel strongly about sustainability, community, and slow fashion. Future Forecast: The Book

Each piece in the collection was based on one of two basic patterns, sewn up in a number of variations and utilizing some of my favorite slow fashion techniques.

This winter, I hope to bring you a Future Forecast book filled with tutorials, stories, and of course, the patterns!
