For this weekend workshop at Stitch Sew Shop in Alexandria VA, I have created a 'zine of twelve embroidery patterns (a Stitch Sew Shop exclusive!) inspired by the architecture of Old Town Alexandria. We will use those patterns as a jumping off point to add embellishment to a skirt, sewn from the A-Frame Skirt pattern. In addition to the embroidery, we can further personalize our skirts using some of these inspirational ideas.
